1 General Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Zatbaj platform and its services. By opening an account or using any service on Zatbaj, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

• If false identity information or fraudulent documents are provided.
• If KYC verification is not completed or is declined.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 6 months).
• At the user's own request.

Before closing an account, Zatbaj will generally issue a notice via email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate closure may be carried out without prior notice.

Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure, unless there are grounds for forfeiture.
